Knowledge Sharing
Across the sector and across the country, nonprofit organizations are wrestling with new and emerging challenges in real-time, oftentimes in response to broader social, political, and economic challenges. Rather than trying to adapt to these realities inside the four walls of our own organizations, it’s actually very helpful to learn how 20-30 other orgs are wrestling with and trying to solve for similar problems.
Our action-oriented Knowledge Sharing sessions focus on the most common and important challenges facing leaders right now, with a level of candor that’s not typically found on the conference stage.
Methodology
Offered twice a month and open to all Alliance members, these 90-minute sessions are facilitated by APA and designed to tap into the collective wisdom of our community and surface best practices from among 20-30 leaders who are wrestling with similar challenges. To date, our Knowledge Sharing sessions have covered more than 55 unique topics.
